Our Story
In 2022 our founder, Kelly, wanted to provide healthier teas, vegetables, and personal products for her friends, family, and flock. After completing a Certificate in Herbal Medicine Making from the Chestnut School of Herbal Medicine, Cut Thyme Apothecary was born. Using homegrown cultivated and wild crafted herbs, and flowers, Cut Thyme Apothecary and Herb Farm creates teas, soaps, seasonal jams and jellies, baked goods, vegetables, sprouts, microgreens, and more. Join us at our farm stand May-November for the freshest homegrown and home crafted products.
